Choi Chanhee (Hangul: 최찬희), better known as New (Hangul: 뉴), was born in Jeonju, South Korea on April 26, 1998. He is the main vocalist of the South Korean boy group THE BOYZ.

Choi Chanhee was born in Jeonju, South Korea on April 26, 1998.
2017: Debut with The Boyz[]
On July 20, Chanhee was announced as the ninth member of THE BOYZ, with his DAZED Profile Film released on the same day.[1][2]
On December 6, Chanhee officially debuted as a member of THE BOYZ. He and his members released the debut mini album The First, featuring the title track "소년 (Boy)".
